Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is a one-to-one, enabling relationship between a trained professional coach and a client in a business environment, with the aim of helping the senior manager or executive become more competent and fulfilled in their career.

Leadership Training

I facilitate teams and conduct workshops. The facilitations are tailored to the clients context. The workshops are interactive and targeted to equip the delegates with practical skills that they can put to immediate use in leadership and teamwork practices.

The workshops may involve simulations, group dynamics exercises, case studies and psychological tools.

Participants range from junior executives to Senior Leaders.

Design Sprints

I facilitate design sprints, a process for rapidly solving big challenges, creating new products, or improving existing ones. It compresses potentially months of work into a few days.

It’s no longer enough to have a “good quality product”, you need to have the right product. Design Sprints are the fastest way to find out if a product is worth developing, if a feature is worth the effort, or if your value proposition is really valid.

“Seeking to recognize my own voice as a leader, I took the unique opportunity to work with Rudi in early 2018. With his encouragement and guidance I realized the importance of courage and authenticity in cultivating relationships, not only with other people but first and foremost with myself. I am now more skilled at holding conversations that matter, bringing out the best in my team, and succeeding together.”

“I was struggling to connect with my feelings before I met Rudi. I failed to see that my desire to help others had actually hurt those I cared about and left me without support and compassion for myself. Coaching with Rudi unlocked this realisation and set me on a path of discovery. I am more resilient than I was and empowered both at home and in my career. Rudi is a patient listener, who created a space where I could open up, and his extensive preparation and thought prior to each session was obvious the moment we sat down.”
