Executive coaching is a one-to-one, enabling relationship between a trained professional coach and a client in a business environment, with the aim of helping the senior manager or executive become more competent and fulfilled in their career.
I facilitate teams and conduct workshops. The facilitations are tailored to the clients context. The workshops are interactive and targeted to equip the delegates with practical skills that they can put to immediate use in leadership and teamwork practices.
The workshops may involve simulations, group dynamics exercises, case studies and psychological tools.
Participants range from junior executives to Senior Leaders.
I facilitate design sprints, a process for rapidly solving big challenges, creating new products, or improving existing ones. It compresses potentially months of work into a few days.
It’s no longer enough to have a “good quality product”, you need to have the right product. Design Sprints are the fastest way to find out if a product is worth developing, if a feature is worth the effort, or if your value proposition is really valid.
